Why is Richardson Ignored by the Media?

We need a good answer to that question, because it seems that Richardson is the best qualified of the long list of candidates to become President.

People need to take a closer look at him.

Matthew Yglesias has written an informative article in The American Prospect about Richardson:

Fitting the Bill
Why isn't Bill Richardson's presidential candidacy taken seriously?

From what I hear, he "lacks charisma". This probably means people will be less interested in watching him on TV, which means less advertising income. The fact that he has a decent record on taxes and gun rights, and experience in foriegn policy and administration is less of a factor against giving him coverage than this.
